What do I get "per post"?

You’re going to get a custom written post to be posted on your selected number of accounts.  

What does "Online approval of all posts" mean?

We will send you a custom link that, when clicked, will give you the chance to approve each individual post or provide feedback on each individual post.

How fast will I get my drafts?

For your first few months, we will work with you to get you quickly onboarded and drafts as soon as possible.  The first few months are where we get to know you, learn your style, and may take a little longer to get on a consistent schedule.

Our long-term goal is to get 30-days ahead of schedule when providing drafts.  This will allow plenty of time for you to review and go through a second round of approvals if necessary.

I just thought of an idea, how fast can you post it?

As a client, you will have access to a form to submit a “one-off” post at any time.  This could be something you write yourself … or it could be notes for something that you want to write.

We do ask for advance notice in posting a “one-off.”  This ensures that we have time to actually get in front of a computer and work with you to make sure its exactly how you like it.  

What networks can you post on?

Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn.

We’re looking to add more capabilties in the near future.  

What is social media response time?

We will respond, as directed, to social media posts.  This could be simple thanksgiving users for their comments, providing pre-written answers to asked questions, or escalating an issues to your staff.  

You tell us what you need, and we’ll do it.  

What does a dog sound like?

Bark bark.  Woof.  Maybe a growl.  

Can I have one post on one network, and a different post on two other networks?

Yes, but in this example, it would be considered two posts.  

I actually run five different Facebook accounts for my organization. Can I still use this service?

Yes.  However, each time we write a post, whether its used on one account or five accounts, it counts as a post.  

As a reminder, you will be charged for five accounts as well.

What happens if I forget to approve my posts?

Expect an email and maybe a phone call.

Please note, we will not post without approval. We can delay posts as needed, as long as your contract is still active.  

What if I want more accounts or more posts?
